We are hoping our products will arrive safely and you can start feeling amazing. But if any items that arrive damaged, please email us a photographs within 7 days to info@satorioils.com.au

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Once we have received your return and inspected it, we email you to notify of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will be emailed a store credit or voucher.

Only items purchased via the Satori website or Satori facebook page can be returned to us for store credit or exchange. Items purchased via a retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns on used or opened. For unused items (unopened) we also have a 7 days from receipt of items returns policy and can offer a credit note for items returned. For items you would like exchanged the postage cost associated in returning the items to Satori and redelivering the exchanged items to you are at your expense.

Postage and handling costs to return items to Satori for a credit note are not covered and are at your expense irrespective of whether or not you received a free shipping offer with that purchase. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
